Withdrawal and refund of the Security

OPJMS ensures complete and holistic development of the students till class XII. In case any parent /guardian wishes to withdraw his / her ward, they should do so by the end of the academic session and submit the application latest by 28th February of the academic session.

Any withdrawal request received during the academic session or after 28th February, will require one month notice period or shortfall equivalent to one-month composite fee in lieu thereof, shall be payable to the school.

Issue of School Leaving Certificate and Refund of Security deposit shall be processed after clearance and settlement of all dues.

Re-Admission
Re-admission is not granted. In exceptional cases, re-admission of the child will be the sole discretion of the Principal on payment of re-admission fee as per rules / discretion of the Principal.
Transport
School has its own fleet of buses which ply on the routes decided by the school. These routes are displayed on the notice board of the school. Parents desirous of availing this facility must indicate their willingness in the appropriate column in the admission form. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to escort the ward to and from the fixed bus stoppage points. The bus facility is extended to the parents at their own risk and responsibility.

The school transport is a facility and cannot be claimed as a right. The school takes care to operate the transport fleet with a fixed rout for pic-up and drop of students. These routes and stoppages, once decided, will only be modified under permission from the concerned authority.

In case you opt for the transport facility, please note that you will have to make payments for 11 out of the 12 months. No transport fees charged for the month of June during the summer vacation.

The school also retains the right to withdraw this facility on grounds of unfeasibility or student indiscipline. In case you wish to withdraw this facility for your ward, a prior notice in writing with reason thereof will have to be given to the school. The decision, based on merit of each individual case, shall rest with the Principal.

Board classes 10th & 12th shall pay transport fees for the first three Quarters (Apr-May/ Jul-Sept/Oct-Dec). For the last Quarter of January-March, only 50% of the Quarterly transport fee shall be charged due to reduced usage.
Code of Conduct for Students
The school has a clearly defined of Code of Conduct and expects all students to abide by it. Breach of conduct is liable for consequential behaviour. Following disciplinary actions constitute a breach of Code of Conduct of the school.
  1. Habitual late coming and truanting from class.
  2. Use of abusive language, quarrelsome and riotous behaviour.
  3. Insubordination and defiance of school rules.
  4. Disrespectful behaviour, rumour mongering and character assassination.
  5. Making false accusations and/or assault either provoked or otherwise.
  6. Use of narcotic substances in the school premises.
  7. Mutilation of school records.
  8. Indulging in or encouraging any form of malpractice connected with examination or other school activities.
  9. Obstructing class-fellows or other members from lawful duties and indulging in any sort of agitation to coerce or embarrass the school authorities.
  10. Carrying on personal monetary transactions among themselves.
  11. Possession of explosives, firearms and other objectionable material in the school premises.
  12. Coming to school by self-driven two-wheeler or four-wheeler motor vehicles (only bicycles allowed after seeking prior written permission from the Principal).
  13. Bullying in any form amongst students.
