Regular physical activity can improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, reduce the risk of developing health conditions, and promote general health and mental health.

To explore the hidden talents and to encourage the children to sprout out, O P Jindal Modern School has a large variety of subjects as a part of Art Education and Work Experience. The subjects include Music-Vocal and Instrumental, Dance-Folk, Classical and Western, a variety of indoor as well as outdoor games, art and craft. Aesthetically designed dance and music rooms provide an adequate thrust to the cultural drive of the students.

A well-maintained Activity Block provides the requisite extra-curricular blend in the pursuit of learning. Sprawling grounds invite students to ease the rush of blood in field and track through athletic and different team activities. Provision for training in different games is made available through expert coaching. A team of permanently employed competent Physical Education Teachers helps tune the children into various physical education activities.
Basketball
Basketball is one of the most popular sports. It is a team sport that involves two teams of five active players each trying to score points against one another by throwing a ball.
Cricket

Hockey
The game of hockey starts with a face-off in the center of the rink. In this rink, the referee drop the ball or puck and the players of the opposite team have to fight to gain control over the ball or puck.
Karate
Karate is a Japanese martial art whose physical aspects seek the development of defensive and counterattacking body movements. The themes of traditional karate training are fighting and self-defense, though its mental and moral aspects target the overall improvement of the individual.
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts, that teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.

Football
Football, also called association football or soccer, is a game involving two teams of 11 players who try to maneuver the ball into the other team’s goal without using their hands or arms. The team that scores more goals wins.
Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team’s court under organized rules.
